Skateboard Deck Manufacturer & Wholesale Supplier
We supply 7 skateboard deck models for wholesale and custom orders: 3 double-kick decks and 4 surf skateboard decks, in Canadian maple, bamboo, fiberglass and carbon fiber. Partner mills press the decks to our specifications, and we print, finish and inspect them in our own workshop in Yongkang. Every deck can be made to your size, construction and graphics.

Choose a deck
Double-kick decks
DK01, DK02 and DK03 are double-kick concave decks in four sizes, from 31.75 × 8 inches to 32.5 × 8.5 inches. DK01 is 7-ply Canadian maple. DK02 adds 3 layers of fiberglass to 5 plies of maple, and DK03 combines bamboo, fiberglass and a carbon-fiber bottom layer.
Surf skateboard decks
DK11, DK12, DK15 and DK16 are wider decks for surf skateboards. DK11 comes in four sizes, from 28.74 × 9.5 to 34 × 10.23 inches. DK12 is 6-ply Canadian maple with a concave-convex pattern. DK15 and DK16 are 33 × 10 inches in bamboo and fiberglass, and DK16 adds a bumper strip around the edge.
Built to your specification
You choose the size, the concave, the wood or material, the number of plies, and single- or multi-layer dyed veneers. Bottom graphics are applied by heat transfer, or printed on fabric and laminated to the deck, which makes them harder to scratch. The grip tape can carry your own pattern, in the grit you choose. We also sell blank decks. Decks ship with your packaging and manual. If you want complete boards, we can fit wheels, trucks, bearings and bushings with your logo printed on them.
Samples
Samples of existing decks are free and ready in about 7 days; you pay the shipping. Decks with your own graphic or packaging take 10–20 days. See OEM and ODM for structural changes and development times.

Skateboard deck FAQ
1 · Can you make decks with our own graphics?
Yes. We apply your bottom graphic by heat transfer or as a printed fabric layer, and can make the grip tape and dyed veneers to your design.
2 · Do you sell blank decks?
Yes. Any of our decks can be supplied without graphics.
3 · Which woods and materials do you use?
Canadian maple on DK01, DK11 and DK12; maple with fiberglass on DK02; and bamboo with fiberglass on DK03, DK15 and DK16, with a carbon-fiber layer on DK03.
