This policy explains what personal data Yongkang Hydo Sports Co., Ltd. ("HYDO Sports", "we") collects through hydosports.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry. Your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, country and order quantity. We also record the product you asked about, the page you sent the form from, and how you reached that page, for example from a search engine, another website or an advertising link.
When you email us. Your email address and anything you write to us.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can work and be protected against abuse.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how you use the site, such as the pages you view and how long you stay. If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads records whether you reached our site from one of our ads and whether you then sent an inquiry, and may later show you our ads on other sites. Neither records your name or email address.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not take payments on this site.

We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies and Google Ads cookies. You can accept or reject each type separately, and change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
We also store your Google Maps preference in the necessary consent cookie for 180 days. Google Maps is optional and remains off until you consent. After consent, the map displays automatically on the Contact page. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing it removes the embedded map.
Google Maps
With your consent, we embed Google Maps to show our company location. Loading the map connects your browser to Google and sends technical information, including your IP address and browser information. Google may use cookies and process this information under its own privacy policy. Consent for maps is separate from analytics and advertising.
For information about Google’s processing, storage and international transfers, see the Google Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent stops further loading of the map on this site; it does not undo information already sent to Google or remove cookies stored on Google domains. You can manage those cookies in your browser.
Who receives your data
- Our sales team in China, who read and answer inquiries.
- Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts this website.
- Zoho Corporation (United States), which provides the customer relationship management system where we record and follow up inquiries.
- Google (United States), which provides our email service and, if you consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
The providers listed above process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and may not use it for their own purposes. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
If you enable the embedded map, Google also receives technical information directly from your browser for Google Maps, under its own privacy policy, as described above.
International transfers
Our company is based in China, so your inquiry is sent to and handled in China. This transfer is necessary to answer the request you send us. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They protect it under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an order: 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Correspondence and order records with customers: for as long as the business relationship lasts, and longer where tax and accounting law requires it.
- Hosting logs: a short period set by our hosting provider, normally no more than 30 days.
- Analytics data: 14 months. Advertising cookies: up to 90 days, as set by Google.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- stop using it to contact you
- send it to you in a common file format
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email vip@hydosports.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This site is for businesses that buy our products. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
