Kick scooters, stunt scooters and balance bikes

Beyond the basics, we can change the styling, the structure and the wheels, or build to your drawings. Any of our folding kick scooters can be fitted with our one-second folding mechanism, which also has a half-folded position that lets the scooter stand on its own without a kickstand.

Skateboards and decks

A new product or a structural change takes from one to six months to develop, and longer for complex projects. Tooling costs are agreed for each project. We sign an NDA before we start work on your design.

Any change to the structure of a product gets a new compliance review against the standards of your market before we approve the pre-production sample. We added this step in 2024, after a small change to one of our scooters led us to refund and destroy a full order.

For custom orders we make a pre-production sample of both the product and the carton. Mass production starts once you have approved the sample and it has passed testing.

Production takes 30–40 days from receipt of your deposit and approval of the final design files. From July to September and from November to January it can take up to 60 days. Our factory produces up to 30,000 units a month across all product lines.

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and the amount of customization. We are flexible on quantities, so tell us what you need and we will work out what is possible.

We can supply color boxes, corrugated cartons, multilingual manuals, barcode labels, and packaging and FBA labels that meet Amazon's requirements.

We can send your samples to any laboratory you choose, including SGS, TÜV, Eurofins, Intertek and BV. You can also pick units at random from your production order for testing. Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome.

• Mixed containers: you can combine several models in one container. We can also collect goods from your other suppliers in China to share the container, or deliver our goods to them.

We can ship free spare parts with your order, up to 3% of the order quantity. If a quality problem is caused by our production, we take responsibility, with free replacement or compensation depending on the case.
